AK Grasshopper
Walk around with a camera long enough and you'll inevitably experience someone sneaking onto the spot you just vacated and attempting to copy your shot. This time I was the copier when I saw a small group of people staring intently at a low hedge in India. They were stalking a grasshopper! So on the way out of the temple I keep a look out for the grasshopper and sure enough he was still making rather slow progress down the length of the hedge.
This is an AK Grasshopper, one of the many Painted Grasshoppers in Southern India.
