Yesterdays post from the basement of The Car Plant reminded me that so far I haven't posted any shots of the main press lines. I've got some taken from the shop floor but even with the wide-angle lens it's hard to adequately capture the scene so I thought I'd go with a high-up view to try and show just how big the place was and how large the presses were.

I tried cropping this but it just didn't work, it didn't have the impact and didn't convey the size of the place. I much preferred this full pano, curved jagged edges and all.

And of course we have a large version here 2304 X 1200px, 1.5MB.
