Before & After Bride

With all the recent and upcoming wedding shots, it got me thinking about some of the earlier weddings I'd attended and the shots I remembered from them. These two are ones I distinctly remember from K&S's wedding.

The 'before' shot on the left (quite literally before K walked down the aisle) and the after shot on the right (her leaving the reception after a full day of being the epitome of the centre of attention!) form a humourous juxtaposition that still sticks in my mind six years later.

And just to note, I'm tremendously conscious of an individual's potential feelings when I post people shots which may be less than 100% flattering, so while K may be pulling a slightly unflattering face on the right, I'm sure she and everyone else appreciates that this obviously doesn't do justice to her.
