Amanita Art 2
Just before krapmas I got an email from Jules offering me the piece of art I'd been interesting in buying way-back-when at the StRt Exhibition – or if I preferred, do a swap for a print of Neocubed. Sounded like a fantastic idea to me!
So over krapmas I got Neocubed printed up at A2 size, bought a big frame from Ikea, framed the print myself, and then just the other week met Jules for a beer, a chat and to do the swap. Now I'm the very proud owner of the above Jules original. It's a bloody nice piece, and it's not small – 87cm H x 34cm W. So I'm pretty pleased let me tell you! And chatting with Jules was kinda cool too.
Oh, and I keep on forgetting to mention this dedication post I received on the '365,000 words' photoblog. Read the image info for the full story!
