I’m a cat person

No doubt I've said this before (I'm not going to bother checking previous posts) but let me say it again; I'm a cat person. Others may disagree, and feel free to leave discenting comments expressing your contrary opinion, but here's my take on the cats versus dogs thing: Dogs may (supposedly) be mans' best friend, but they are not a thinking man's friend. Cats, with their snide, self-centered, self-serving, fuck-you-it's-all-about-me nature, clearly do not live to please their 'owners' as do dogs. Dogs will blindly follow you to the edge of a cliff and over. Cats will sit there and watch you fall, then clean themselves before finding somewhere cozy to sleep. Tell me that ain't an animal that's thinking beyond the sheep-level.

Cats, they think about the world they're in. Dogs – they'll happily piss, then shit, in the middle of a crowded backyard BBQ because they'd just spent 30 minutes in a car. Yeah, THAT'S an animal with a brain – unfortunately it just crapped it out for you to pick up with a plastic bag. Nice.
