I've tried taking shots of this sculpture SO many times it's stupid, but I've never ever been happy with the result - mainly because any other angle shows the fairly bland urban background that surrounds the area. But this weekend I think I hit the sweet-spot, a perspective I've never noticed before. Suddenly the sculpture makes a bit more sense.

Anyway, I'm not quite done with the sculpture just yet, because what my shot doesn't show is that the piece is made up of seven tetrahedrons in a row. So sometime in the future I'll do a 'revisit' shot. Of minor note is that the same guy who did the Mall's Balls (Bert Flugelman) did this piece - apparently stainless steel sculptures are his thing.
