I wasn't going to post this because I'd planned on returning to catch things at a better time of day, some time when the sun and shadows weren't as heavily contrasting. (That black diagonal band on the left is actually an area of shadow.) But if you haven't figured it out by now, I'm a serious procrastinator (honestly, I keep on thinking I should enter the Procrastination Olympics, but I never get around to it) plus J recently mentioned in the comments to the previous piece painted here that the delightful local council have covered this pelican up. (J, is this the same pelican you were talking about or did I miss an intermediary Jules piece?)

Anyway, there we have it, a prime example of the temporary nature of street art - the only record is photographic.
