Before I had my own digital camera, I used to frequently borrow my friend's Sony DSC-SomethingOrOther. A2 (to avoid confusion between me and him, I'll call him A2) was a good bloke so when it came time for him to head off on his two year work-holiday visa trip to the UK, we had a fair well night out.

Having recently seen the French film Amelie I thought a funny going-away present would be something he could take snapshots of in front of the various landmarks he'd no doubt see. And to make it even funnier, since he was a Kiwi* I got him a plush sheep, which I thought might have the added benefit of being a good ice-breaker if were he to meet any nice girls. (*New Zealand is well known for it's gazillions of sheep, and as the old saying goes "New Zealand: Where men are men, and sheep are scared!")

Anyway, here's H posing with said sheep at the club on A2's last night. A2 never did send any photos back of the sheep, with landmarks, girls or anything else for that matter - bastard!
