Don't you hate that! You come up with a cool title only to discover that you're already used it before! Arse! Ahh well.

Normally to get deep blue sky, a polarizer is the trick. But I took this shot with my wide-angle lens, which doesn’t have a polarizer. So what you’re seeing here is a nice blue sky, which I gave some medium contrast to (via curves layer) and then a bit of vignetting at the corners to emphasise the blue. Hope that helps!
