I still wonder about ownership/copyright when I photograph other peoples' artwork*. I mean, this is Benzo's work, but my photograph. Can I sell my image of his image? Altruistically I'd give him a kick-back. Assuming I'd done the right thing in the first place and asked permission.

But in reality, in taking a good shot I'm essentially promoting him. We'll call it even.

[*Guess it all really depends on the local laws.]
