Non-RTFM Pano

Long exposures and panoramas. Two things I love being able to do with a digital camera. But while my G3 had a panorama mode, the 400D doesn't and I have yet to read the manual and figure out how to do it manually. I think the "*" button comes into it somewhere, but I've never taken the time to sit down and RTFM. I'd tell myself I should, but I know it's not going to happen anytime soon. Me bad!
