The System

I was originally going to title this "The Corporation" because it seemed like an ominous office building that could hide an evil corporate striving towards world domination. Though actually I wasn't far off the mark. It's the rear of The Courts and the low building on the left is The Watchtower, aka City Jail, so theoretically this is the looming view prisoners see as they are marched to their judge and jury. In practice I'm sure there's a convenient tunnel/back-door that they use to securely move the accused from jail to court.

Either way, not the friendliest building.
