There was some feverish bee activity around the numerous flower in the dahlia garden (as featured in the last few days) so I tried to keep out of their way and hoped they'd keep out of mine. A mutually respectful distrust if you will.

This little guy was quite content to roam around his flower, taking his time to sort through the stamens and casually gathering his pollen quota for the day. All in all, he seemed quite hap-bee. (Sorry, I just couldn't resist!)
