Defaced

The street I work on seems to have a bunch of fuckwits who periodically tag the business windows. Now, I'm all for street art, and graffiti. I think they're the modern art of our day, and I used to spend hours wandering around town hunting it down and collecting photographs of it. But one thing I never liked, never bothered to photograph, were tags. And I'm not talking about old skool 'graf', New Your subway train illegible stuff - because while it doesn't do much for me I can't deny the artistic merit of it. That shit's not easy.

But assholes who just spray their nick/name or in this case use a rock to scratch their scrawl into the glass, should be taken out and flogged to within an inch of their life. Not because graffiti is wrong, or because they're defacing someone else's property (an inconvenience yes), but because they think it's cool/artistic. It's not, you're stupid fuckin assholes, and if someone would hold you down I'd use my left hand (note: I'm right-handed) and a rusty nail to write my name on your godamnedmotherfuckin forehead!

And on to the picture. This is around the corner from where the assholes scratch-scrawl the windows. Wish they'd do something more admirable like this - but they'd need a brain first I guess.
