Rubber Duckie

I always used to associate rubber duckies with Ernie (of 'Bert & Ernie' fame) from Sesame Street because he'd sing to his rubber duckie in the bath:

Rubber Duckie, you're the one
You make bathtime lots of fun
Rubber Duckie, I'm awfully fond of you
(woh woh, bee doh!)
Rubber Duckie, joy of joys
When I squeeze you, you make noise!
Rubber Duckie, you're my very best friend, it's true!

And then I met H, who has a bit of a thing for duckies and over the years has been given all sorts of duck paraphanelia as gifts (e.g. a duck shower-cap, a duck toothbrush holder, a duck bath-plug, a duck dressing gown, a duck soap-dish, etc.) which is kinda of funny in a cute way!

So now whenever I see anything duck related, I don't think of Ernie. I think of H!
