Despite being on the ceiling at one end of a city arcade, this is apparently 'public art'. Not that I even knew it existed prior to doing some online research for another shot a while back. Which makes me wonder how many locals know about it? (H said she did.)

I would try to tell you more about it so I sounded all art-farty and knowledgeable, but I think the city council are in the midst of redoing their website because it's all broken. Which is a little ironic.
