Linear Time-lapse

Over a year ago I came up with this concept. I scribbled it down amongst all my other photo ideas and occassionally thought I should really get around to it. I reckoned it'd be pretty unique coz to be honest I'd never seen anyone else post a similar photo.

Then this week I nearly crapped myself... Thinsite linked to Daily Dose of Imagery and there was my idea! Fuck was I annoyed with myself! You have no idea!

If I could prove my story I would, but you'll just have to take my word I'm not ripping off DDOI.

[Update: When I saw DDOI's image I immediately closed his page, noting only that he used a drop shadow which was quite different from my gradual-fade idea. However, now I've posted my shot I've taken a second look at his post and see one of his fans did a 'remixed' version which also uses a gradual-fade, but in the opposite direction. - Just goes to show, there ain't much left that hasn't already been done!]
