I've got a koosh ball that sits on my desk and I've tried taking a good macro of it numerous times, but the shot never comes out the way I wanted it to. However, the 400D is opening up a few new worlds to me and one is the macro world, or at least the close-up filter world (the poor mans macro if you will, which will have to do til I get a proper macro lens sometime in the distant future).
