Water Feature

They put in a new fountain down by the river a month or two ago, and the new one is illuminated. Normally I'd be groovin on that kind of thing, but the 10 second rotation of gaudy yet wimpy green, red, orange and then all four colours at once just comes off as looking cheap. It's a spectacle, but in a bad way.
