While H & I weren't too fussed about going up the Empire State Building (60 minute wait? pass), one of the few things I really wanted to see and do was the Guggenheim. I wasn't even particularly interested in the exhibitions (some achitect I've never heard of, and Pollock... but early Pollock, not cool Pollock) I just went there for the building itself!
Unfortunately they're renovating the exterior, so I was a bit bummed about not seeing that. However the interior was as cool as I expected. But of all the times I've wished I had a wide-angle lens, this scene tops the list. - Oh well, sometimes a good crop is better than a full view. Less is more eh?!
