Whenever I see the Vancouver Public Library I always think of the non-event controversy that arose when it was first built. It's a big round building with decorative columns, so some people expressed concern that it looked too much like the Colosseum, and that was deemed a bad thing what with the Romans and their penchant for gladiatorial bloodshed. But the nay-sayers comments were thrown to the lions as it were, and to this day I'd say very few people remember the pointless Colosseum reference. However, millions of others have used and enjoyed the extensive facility. - I'll stick with the internet and Wikipedia thanks.

And for those of you who are up on their TLAs (three letter acronyms), no sorry, this shot does not have anything to do with visible panty lines (VPL). [I always like to throw in some pr0n words every now and again for a laugh, plus a few random hits from sex surfers can`t hurt! ]
