Usually when I process a shot, I try to come up with a relevant title. Even when I've taken a shot of something I don't know much about, through the wonder of Google, I'll find out what I need and name it accordingly (for example: Letter Home).

But despite some good researching for this shot I've come up with a complete blank, so if anyone can tell me the name of this piece, the artist, or any relevant details I'd really appreciate it. - It's the installation along a walkway adjacent to the Experience Music Project - right by the Space Needle in Seattle.
