Dante’s Daisy
One of my favourite places in the world (those that I've been to) is Death Valley. The name alone sparks everyone's interest, and if you like deserts, or ever get the chance to visit I most certainly recommend it. It seems barren at first, but there are plants and animals that manage to survive no matter how harsh the conditions, and I find great beauty in that.
My favourite spot has to be Dante's View, which at 5,475 feet above sea level gives you a fantastic vista of the valley. Beautiful.
Start the year right with a designer Detour calendar. January 09 and February 09 now available.
