Zoo Bridge

Since I started this phlog I've used up most of the cool shots from my archives, so now I go off on periodical photo-walks for new material. This is a good thing because it gets me get out and about, and forces me to take more pictures (practise makes perfect and all that). It also makes me take the shots I've been thinking about, to visit the spots I've wanted to return to with camera in hand, but been putting off for a while.

This scene was actually one I wanted to take during the photo-ramble that started with Footbridge. See, Zoo Bridge is just up the road from Footbridge, but since Footbridge was my first stop I decided not to stop because I thought if I kept on start-stop-parking all the time I'd never get anywhere!

Anyway, when I took these shots, I was aiming at using just one, or one at a time. I didn't consider presenting them in this trilogy format, it just so happened that as I processed the shots, they seemed to fit together quite well, so I went with it.

This small format doesn't do each shot justice. They look better at a bigger size. But size isn't everything they say.
