Footbridge

The other evening I ventured off once more to grab some shots out and about town. This was my first stop, a photo I'd been meaning to grab for a while. I noticed the light on the near right side was out and for a second I considered whether or not it would look unbalanced in the shot... but then I noticed that the opposite light was out on the other end and decided I liked the alternate symmetry.

I also took a side-shot of the footbridge from the flower beds set off to one side. In hindsight, maybe I should have thought about where I was going to stand, because soon as I set foot in amongst the flower bushes, the bugs wasted no time at all and something bit right into me. Some great big mozzie, the fucker. My leg still itches!
