Just down on the river from The Bandstand is this recent public art installation. I never heard anything about it, it just suddenly appeared one day. It was one of those things that I knew hadn't been there all along, but at the same time, I wouldn't have been able to tell you when it had popped up. Not there one day, the next day/week/month it was there, as if it had always been there.
