I decided it was time for another photo-walk. So one evening when I wasn't up to much, I headed out to get some night-shots. The fact that it was past midnight when I headed out didn't bother me, coz I'm more of a night-owl than a morning person!

I had a few specific spots on my list that I wanted to hit, but also kept my eyes open for any opportunistic shots that might present themselves. This was one of them; the parade ground with the Drill Hall. I love buildings that are lit-up at night and while I've passed this place numerous times heading in and out of town, I never really thought about stopping to take a pic. But that's the way it goes, with camera in hand you see things slightly differently.
