Kristmas Bee

H & I didn't really 'do' kristmas this past year. Instead we joined the family at a hotel for a buffet lunch, which I have to say, I recommend. Not only did we have some nice food, but we didn't have to cook or clean, and my favourite bit... it was a noon to 3pm buffet, so kristmas officially ended at 3!

Anyway, this was as we were leaving the house on the way to the buffet. Just before I got into the car I noticed a bee sitting on the roof. It didn't seem to be going anywhere, so it may have been dying. Shame, bees are good bugs. And this one was kind enough to pose.

Look at the little suckers on the feet and the fine covering of hair on it's body. - But just don't look at the eyes, they're freaky!
