This was just the other night actually. And a good night it was!

R had a birthday, so with barely a days notice he invited all n sundry to come out for drinks. We got into town at about 9 and joined the group at the GH pub where we got the party started.

At about 10:30, once we were starting to get nicely inebriated, we headed to S, another bar/club to see one of R's friends, A, spin. In the other bar/club there was this little room within a room, so we took it over. With big windows that looked out at the bar and dance-floor, and deep red walls with curved corners, plus benches/seating covered in what seemed like black gym foam, it was both strange and cool. It only added to the evening.
