Crowd

This is a crowd shot from my event photography archives, actually from the night when I had a backstage pass and was running all over the backstage area. I managed to get up to the lighting booth and have a bit of a poke around, which was kinda cool. I snapped off a couple of macros of the various dials, knobs and meters before really noticing the view over the floor. So I aimed my camera at the crown and it wasn't till the screen showed the result that I suddenly realised I'd left the macro setting on. But again, it was another mistake that gave a cool shot, just a fuzz of people and colours. If you didn't know what it was perhaps it wouldn't make much sense, but that's okay because to me it's a great shot from a great night. Plus I like the colours.

Actually, it's a particularly groovy shot at a large size eg a desktop background, which is what I had it as for quite a while.
