This is one of those pics where the story has very little to do with the actual shot, but even so...

I moved to another city for about 6 months, but just before I left H & I borrowed A's camera one sunny day and ventured off to take a bunch of photos for keep-sakes. We had a nice day wandering round town, down by the river and through the botanical gardens. As it neared closing time for the gardens we made our way to the exit, where I noticed some nice flowers and tried the macro setting I'd just figured out on A's camera. Not too bad for a first try I think.
